HVAC Product Development Lead

An experienced Engineering Manager is sought to lead new product development and enhance existing HVAC and cleanroom products.
Key responsibilities include conducting testing, analyzing results, and preparing detailed reports.
Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing product certification processes, maintaining ISO 9001 certification requirements, and providing technical expertise to the sales team and customers.
Assisting production in optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing costs, and improving productivity is also a key aspect of this role.
The successful candidate will oversee the engineering team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and individual employee growth.
Other duties as assigned will also be part of this position.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably with HVAC or cleanroom experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel when required
