Maintenance Engineer Job Description

As a maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for creating and executing regular maintenance plans for all machinery and equipment. This includes identifying and fixing issues with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems in CNC machines and other equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance of machinery and equipment.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and analysis to identify areas for improvement and introduce changes to better equipment efficiency and reliability.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and handle ordering as required.
  • Cooperate closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet operational objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years in maintenance engineering in related field.
  • Good understanding of CNC machines (Fanuc control) and PLC programming.
  • Experienced with AUTOCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
