Job Title:
Talent Acquisition SpecialistDescription:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting the company's HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support the manager in managing all HR functions (Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Policy Development and Planning, etc.)
- Assist to develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation, probation completion, and exit procedures
- Handle work pass administration, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuance
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Provide administrative support for HR operations, including office supplies management and vendor sourcing
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for management and regulatory compliance
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study is required
- Candidates must possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and meticulous personality, ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Highly adaptable in fast-paced working environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
