Mixology Specialist

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service and ensuring that all beverages are prepared to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining complete knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and prices;
- Providing excellent customer service and handling guest complaints in a professional manner;
- Preparation of cocktails, beers, and other beverages to order;
- Managing cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently;
- Working effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives;
- Ensuring that all areas of responsibility meet company standards;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in bartending;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Basic mathematical skills and accuracy with cash and credit transactions;
- Knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation techniques;
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy equipment;
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
