Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Coordination:
- Manage key account relationships and provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Prepare sales orders, quotations, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports for management and clients.
- Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing service and support.
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, escalating to the sales manager when necessary.
- Sales Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist in tracking sales performance, preparing monthly sales reports, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and other relevant information.
- Marketing Support:
- Support marketing activities by coordinating with the marketing team for product launches, events, and promotions.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and samples to customers.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure sufficient inventory is available to meet customer demand.
- Assist in managing inventory records and reconciling discrepancies as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in the trading, distribution, or related industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP/CRM systems.
- Knowledge of the composites, chemicals, or building materials industry is an advantage.
