Key Responsibilities:

As a seasoned leader in the cardiovascular device or healthcare industry, you will identify and develop strategic initiatives aimed at elevating structural heart interventions across diverse regional landscapes.

  • Design and implement JAPAC-wide physician engagement strategies to enhance credibility and trust among medical professionals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, professional societies, and leading academic centers.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and physician engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive innovation, education, and adoption of structural heart therapies.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate complex regional landscapes.

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Health Sciences or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in leadership roles in the cardiovascular device or healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated track record in people management and relationship building.
  • Deep knowledge and passion for structural heart disease, transcatheter interventions, and evolving therapeutic landscapes.
