About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to lead our renovation projects from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will oversee project timelines, budgets, contractors, and quality standards to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management/Coordination
  • Lead the full project lifecycle from design handover to completion.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work scopes.
  • Coordinate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Interior design/renovation industry and at least 3–5 years of project management experience in renovation, fit-out, or interior design projects.

Candidates should possess strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and submission processes is also essential.
