Job Title: Energy Procurement Expert
The successful candidate will be responsible for all energy procurement activities, ensuring a company's fleet of vessels operates efficiently and effectively. This role involves sourcing high-quality fuels at competitive prices, managing supplier relationships, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in energy procurement or a related field.
- Degree in Logistics, Shipping, or Economics (desired).
- Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting deadlines and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Proficient in logistics and supply chain management principles.
- Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and stakeholders.
