Job DescriptionThis role requires an individual to assist in the execution and management of facilities maintenance services under electrical engineering. Key responsibilities include supporting auditing/monitoring KPIs of maintenance services by vendors/providers, assisting engineers or managers in overseeing preventive & corrective maintenance scheduling & coordination work, managing maintenance agents/specialist contractors for electrical systems, and ensuring prompt service recovery for breakdowns.Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Familiarity with design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems & equipment.
  • Prior experience in management of electrical services and facilities operation as well as improvement projects will be an advantage.
  • Conversance in reading and interpreting architectural and M&E schematic drawings.
  • Conversance in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Ability to use 3D perspective drawing software such as BIM will be an added advantage.
  • Diploma or Higher Nitec/Nitec in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
