Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing robust, scalable, and secure systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software solutions that meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery
  • Write clean, maintainable production code across the stack
  • Participate in technical design discussions and architecture reviews
  • (For senior hires) Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills – articulate your thoughts clearly and actively listen
  • Independent and proactive problem-solvers who take ownership and drive solutions forward
  • Trustworthy team players who are invested in the good of the whole project
  • Experience in Kotlin Spring Boot and React Typescript tech stack (good to have)
  • Familiarity with software architectural design and system resilience
  • Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI)
  • (Bonus) Experience with SHIP-HATS, APEX, or Cloud File
