We are seeking a seasoned Aviation Portfolio Risk Analyst to lead risk analysis of our aviation lease portfolio in APAC.


Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading credit risk analysis for new and existing aviation lease transactions. This includes monitoring distressed accounts, proposing workout solutions, and managing credit watch processes. You will also conduct credit reviews and assign internal credit scores based on financial and operational performance.

Key responsibilities include maintaining regular engagement with airline clients, including site visits and relationship management. Additionally, you will support deal origination and approval processes with detailed risk assessments and perform market, country, and macroeconomic research to inform portfolio decisions.

Contribution to internal reporting, portfolio concentration analysis, and ad-hoc credit projects is also expected.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in aviation finance, leasing, or financial services
  • Degree in Economics, Accountancy, or related field; aviation qualifications a plus
  • Strong understanding of airline operations, ownership structures, and financial performance
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Word; fluent Mandarin is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Motivated, flexible, and collaborative team player
