Job Title: HSEQ Assistant Manager

The role of the HSEQ Assistant Manager is to support the management of health, safety, and environment (HSE) operations in a marine oil and gas industry setting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, implement, and control all quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Identify, develop, and implement appropriate quality assurance and quality control procedures across all phases of projects.
  • Review and approve quality verification records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date throughout the project cycle.
  • Coordinate inspection activities and report daily progress to senior management.
  • Plan and perform project audits in areas such as engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and supplier management.
  • Manage non-conformity control, resolution, and implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
  • Source inspections and review vendor quality documents in coordination with other functional groups.
  • Provide quality progress input for weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma in Engineering - Marine Chief Engineer / COC1
  • Experience: Minimum years of experience in Quality HSEQ management comprising of Marine, Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of International Standards on Quality like ASME, ISO, IEC, ASTM, API preferred.
