Job Title: Floor Tile Specialist
Job Description:

As a skilled floor tile specialist, you will be responsible for installing and finishing tiles in residential and commercial settings.



Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Cut and shape tiles accurately to fit around obstacles, tight corners, and irregular spaces using both power and hand tools.
  2. Create tile beds using materials such as concrete, plaster, mastic, cement, glue, or mortar, utilizing tools like screeds, brushes, and trowels.
  3. Align and straighten tiles with the help of straightedges, levels, squares to ensure even and precise patterns.
  4. Cut, install, polish, and finish granite, marble, ensuring accuracy during the installation process for durable results.
  5. Prepare various surfaces for tilling by applying waterproofing materials or lath and thoroughly cleaning the surfaces.
  6. Design decorative wall and floor patterns by laying and setting mosaic tiles in kitchen, bathroom, and living area.
  7. Carefully tap tiles into place with appropriate tools and ensure proper adhesion to the base while avoiding breakage or damage.
  8. Follow blueprints closely and accurately mark and measure surfaces needing tiling to determine the correct approach for each job.
