The role of a sales professional involves driving revenue growth by forging strong relationships with customers and delivering value through tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the organization as a specialist in the construction industry, fostering trust and credibility with key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for growth in the construction market and develop strategies to capitalize on these prospects.
  • Maintain and nurture excellent customer relationships, understanding customer needs and delivering personalized support.
  • Evaluate and present analysis on the potential of new customers, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts within the industry, including developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and other key influencers.
  • Monitor site progress and provide timely forecasts of material requirements, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with dealers and customers on terms and conditions, ensuring prompt payments and maintaining a positive cash flow.
  • Provide customized solutions to customers on a case-by-case basis, addressing their unique needs and challenges.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales within the construction/building materials industry.
  • Ownership of a car or motorcycle is required for this role.
  • High computer literacy is essential for success in this position.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills are highly valued.
  • A high level of self-motivation and discipline is necessary to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives.
  • A strong, assertive personality is crucial for effective communication and relationship-building.
