Job Title

A skilled IT professional is required to provide hardware support and services for desktops and laptops to end-users and corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt IT hardware support and services for desktops and laptops to end-users and corporate clients.
  • Ensure effective communication with customers regarding service appointments, updates, and incident resolution status.
  • Manage proper handling and transport of hardware parts during service transits.
  • Perform thorough troubleshooting and diagnostics for hardware and software-related issues.
  • Install operating systems, firmware, and BIOS updates as required.
  • Manage comprehensive end-user support from initiation to resolution.
  • Track, manage, and resolve assigned support cases using a ticketing system.
  • Coordinate closely with dispatchers, team leads, and supervisors to ensure timely completion and closure of tasks.
  • Participate in web-based training sessions for new products and services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of O Level education.
  • Basic understanding of hardware and software concepts.
  • Adaptable and open to change in a dynamic environment.
  • People-oriented with a willingness to embrace new opportunities and experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.

  • Willing to travel across the island daily; transport expenses will be reimbursed.
