Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced General Supervisor and Foreman to lead our Maintenance and Engineering Department team.

  • Lead, facilitate, and manage a team of 10 employees.
  • Liaise with project teams to improve construction work processes.
  • Liaise with authorities on incentives and productivity issues under the guidance of Senior Management.
  • Prepare proposals for submission to relevant bodies.
  • Prepare progress reports detailing key milestones.
  • Review and submit shop drawings and materials.
  • Attend to all relevant contracts administration and documentation.
  • Estimate costs for electrical services.
  • Liaise with suppliers for quotations.
  • Supervise site works related to M&E services and ensure safety compliance.
  • Liaise with parties on checking of drawings.
  • Attend site meetings with stakeholders, consultants, and main contractors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Able to work extended hours.
  • Able to work shift basis (day/night shift).
  • Able to work on weekends/Public holiday if necessary.
