We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of a Skills Development Specialist. This position is responsible for overseeing all operational activities related to skills development, including planning, execution, and review of existing programs and activities.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing new skills development programs and activities.
- Reviewing and updating the Skills Development Operations Manual to ensure its continued relevance.
- Ensuring that all skills development programs and activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years' working experience in a similar field, preferably in adult learning/training, and be familiar with a school or training institute environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum tertiary education in General Administration, Business Management, or Education.
- Preferably 1-2 years' working experience in a similar field.
- Familiarity with adult learning/training.
- Good knowledge and skills in MS Office and technology.
- Outstanding organizational ability.
- Good planning skills with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Good judgment and decision-making aptitude.
