Design Model Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to coordinate structural design models and manage data exchange to ensure accuracy, clash-free design, and compliance with Building Information Modelling standards.

  • Assist in preparing and updating the Structural BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in line with project requirements
  • Coordinate structural design models with other disciplines to ensure accuracy and compliance with BIM standards
  • Review and manage data exchange of structural models to ensure completeness and quality
  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and clash detection sessions, tracking and driving issue resolution
  • Support submission of structural BIM models and drawings to local authorities
  • Possess structural modelling skills and participate in modelling or adjustments when required
  • Maintain communication with design consultants and construction teams to ensure model-site alignment
  • Support BIM Manager in driving BIM workflows, standards enforcement, and deliverables management

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong technical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit Structure and Navisworks
