About Our Production Leadership Role

We seek a seasoned Production Supervisor to oversee daily plant and production line operations.

This position is accountable for ensuring smooth production flow, equipment reliability, and manpower coordination to achieve production targets with quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong problem-solving skills, capable of bridging people, processes, and machinery to drive consistent production outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the factory floor and production lines.
  • Conduct routine equipment checks and ensure machines are running smoothly, promptly addressing and resolving any issues.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and production schedules.
  • Coordinate manpower allocation and shift planning based on production demands.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering/technical teams for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and process improvement.
  • Liaise with inventory, spare parts, and supply teams to ensure materials and components are available to support continuous production.
  • Maintain production records, logs, and reports accurately and timely.
  • Enforce workplace safety, housekeeping (5S), and compliance with operational procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize rejects/waste.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate operators, ensuring they are capable of performing assigned tasks effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Technical certificate in Engineering or Manufacturing, or equivalent degree.
  • 3–5 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in a factory or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and basic maintenance.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Ability to manage a team, coordinate work schedules, and maintain discipline.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-department coordination.
  • Work at Height Supervisor / Forklift License is an asset.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and basic computer skills.
