Job Role Overview

The role of a Trust Officer involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing administrative and advisory services.

  • Liaise with clients regarding trust account matters, respond to queries and ensure timely delivery of net asset valuation reports.
  • Perform day-to-day unit trust administration tasks, including opening banking and custodian accounts, reviewing assigned trust accounts to ensure compliance with established policies and regulations.
  • Assist in conducting periodic reviews of trust accounts, identifying any breaches or areas for improvement.

To be successful in this position, you will require strong technical knowledge of trust, tax, accounting and company law, along with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.

For this role, we are seeking an experienced Trust Officer with at least 1 year's experience in wealth planning, trust and fiduciary services. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for delivering exceptional client service and be eager to take on new challenges.
