Quality Assurance Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems that adhere to industry standards. Key tasks include ensuring the documentation of quality policies, objectives, and work procedures are up-to-date and accessible to all personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS)
  • Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead a team of inspectors in handling product-related issues and resolve quality complaints in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvements and implement changes
Requirements:
  • Minimum degree in Engineering or Quality equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment working in an ISO-regulated environment
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, as well as certified internal auditor experience, is highly desirable
