We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD/BIM Drafter to join our team.

Job Description:

The CAD/BIM Drafter will be responsible for editing, cleaning, and maintaining approved building and floor plans in 2D CAD and 3D BIM formats. They will also need to systematically document, organize, and file CAD/BIM data to ensure integrity and accessibility.

In addition, the successful candidate will collaborate with the team to track the progress of digitalization tasks and support timely delivery of digitalized data for downstream implementation and project use.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have a Diploma in Architecture or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in drafting for building/architecture projects.

You must be proficient in drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD) and able to read and interpret building/floor plans. Knowledge of BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit) is a plus but not essential.

A strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs to maintain data accuracy are crucial. Additionally, you should be a collaborative team player with good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
