Lead Clinic Team

We are seeking an exceptional leader to head our clinic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and train a team of Clinic Assistants, and ensure the smooth operation of our GP clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Clinic Assistants to deliver efficient and effective services.
  • Ensure excellent service standards through leadership by example.
  • Regularly train and monitor the performance of the CA team.
  • Maintain consistency in protocols, including patient registration, queue management, medication dispensing, invoicing, and collection.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to train and develop staff.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
