Job Title: Corporate Communications Executive

Job Summary:

THONG SIEK FOOD INDUSTRY PTE LTD is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing internal and external communications related to corporate affairs, supporting HR Manager and Senior Management in content development and execution of internal communication activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Company's corporate identity through copywriting, editing, and reviewing collateral and publicity materials.
  • Liaise with government agencies and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely communication.
  • Support executive communications, including letters, speeches, and presentation slides for C-suite.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create impactful communications that align with corporate objectives.
  • Manage and maintain communication platforms, including townhall meetings, delegation visits, corporate website, and social media.
  • Support and handle effective department minute-taking and record keeping.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee sustainability initiatives and priorities.
  • Devise communication strategy to improve staff engagement and manage internal communication platforms.
  • Produce articles and content for monthly staff newsletter and website or social media platforms.
  • Support the production of annual report.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Mass Communication, New Media, Public Relations, or related fields with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Passionate about sustainability and environmental initiatives.
  • Proficient in WordPress, Canva, and video editing software.
  • Strong understanding and active use of social media, including proficiency in Google Analytics and social media analytics.
  • Knowledge of HTML and experience with content management systems (CMS) is advantageous.
  • Independent and excellent team player with the ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and thrive under pressure with a positive attitude.

Working Conditions:

  • Working location: 22 Senoko Way (Sembawang).
  • 5 days work week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6pm.
