We are seeking a skilled Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs and matching them with appropriate insurance policies.
- Nedeed analysis: Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance options.
- Sales performance: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, including call quality metrics.
- Customer relationship management: Foster strong client relationships by following up on renewals and handling issues professionally.
- Data management: Update and maintain accurate customer data and sales activity logs in CRM systems.
- Compliance: Ensure all interactions and processes comply with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry norms.
- Cross-selling and up-selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional or upgraded insurance products to customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for explaining policies and building rapport.
- Interpersonal skills: The ability to interact professionally and build relationships with clients.
- Technical proficiency: Knowledge of CRM systems and other computer software is necessary.
- Sales aptitude: A proven track record or interest in telesales and achieving sales targets is beneficial.
- Problem-solving: The ability to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Resilience: A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
- Compliance mindset: A commitment to following company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Education: GCE 'A' Levels, Local Polytechnic Diploma, Bachelor's Degree (any discipline).
