Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled business systems analyst to support delivery of projects for critical applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting complex business requirements, facilitating workshops with stakeholders, and providing daily support to business users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst within the banking industry;
  • Strong understanding of software application data flow, data interfacing, and system integration;
  • Familiarity with data governance and strategic data flow principles;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
  • Ability to analyze and document complex business requirements;
  • Proven experience in end-to-end UAT coordination and testing strategy;
  • Knowledge of front-end configuration and low-code solutions;
  • Understanding of impact assessment frameworks.
