Event Management Opportunity

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the role of Event Executive. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Procuring materials and negotiating with suppliers to secure cost-effective prices.
  • Serving as a liaison between clients, event managers, designers, and vendors to ensure client and event requirements are met.
  • Applying for necessary licenses and permits with relevant authorities.
  • Assisting event managers in creating presentation decks and concepts.
  • Supporting the production of approved proposals.
  • Coordinating and managing event setup and production on-site.
  • Developing and proposing workflows for every event.
  • Supervising and managing suppliers and contractors working on location.
  • Ensuring smooth operations throughout each event.
  • Collaborating with team members to produce successful events.
  • Handling multiple projects from entry-level to large-scale events.
  • Managing logistics and inventory control of equipment, materials, and other items.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Creative, fun, and passionate individual.

• Minimum GCE A Level Graduate.

• Proficient in Microsoft Applications – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• 2-3 years of experience in the event or hospitality industry.

• Internet and social media savvy.

• Able to take common-sense initiatives and make sound judgments and decisions.

• Effective crisis management.

• Good time management.

• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Able to negotiate in the interest of the company.

• Passion for events and communication with an accurate eye for details.

• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and work within tight schedules/deadlines.

• Calm, resourceful, independent, and vigilant.
