Job Title: Electrical Draftsman

Our company is looking for a skilled Electrical Draftsman to join our team. As an Electrical Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating and modifying electrical drawings using CAD software and Revit (BIM). You will also be required to study construction drawings and specifications to understand project requirements.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create and modify electrical drawings using CAD software and Revit (BIM).
  2. Study construction drawings and specifications to understand project requirements.
  3. Prepare as-built drawings for submission.
  4. Site Visits – To visit construction sites to inspect the installation of electrical systems and verify compliance with the drawings.
  5. Maintain all drawing files, update drawings as needed, and make corrections to drawings as directed by the management.
  6. Collaborate with management and provide construction layout plans and construction detailed drawings.
  7. Prepare drawing schedule and update on revision drawing number promptly.
  8. Work independently as well as a team player.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum Diploma holder.
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience in Electrical projects specifically HDB projects (BTO/HIP/LUP).
  3. Good in Microsoft office, expertise in CAD software and Revit (BIM).
  4. Good in communication skills.
