Service Expert Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Service Expert.

The ideal candidate will have experience in servicing home appliances, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues.

As a Service Expert, you will be responsible for providing after-sales service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of our home kitchen products at customer locations.

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

Your responsibilities will also include maintaining enough spare parts in your vehicle for service jobs, conducting basic user training for customers, preparing and explaining service reports to customers after each visit, and representing the company in a professional manner as a frontline staff member.

You will work together with internal and external team members to ensure seamless execution of service tasks and follow up on outstanding service issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical schematics
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical and electrical issues
  • Valid Class 3 driving license
