WATERSTONE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Credit Analyst to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to perform credit analysis and evaluation, including financial analysis and projections on new and existing banking facilities/loans. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commodities trade financing and be able to identify key risks and mitigating factors in the credit evaluation process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct independent credit analysis and evaluation, including financial analysis and projections on new and existing banking facilities/loans.
  • Identify key risks and mitigating factors in the credit evaluation process and present cases to the Credit Committee for deliberation and approval.
  • Conduct customer visits together with Front office to understand business operations.
  • Plan and organize to ensure credit reviews are completed in a timely manner.
  • Review credit documentation to ensure adherence to approved Terms and Conditions.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years credit experience in a major bank with exposure to various industries and loan products including trade finance.
  • University degree.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with commodities trade financing (e.g. metals, oil trade) experience.
