Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Analyst to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our software products, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in quality assurance or testing, with a strong background in automated testing tools such as Tricentis TOSCA. Experience in testing for government public services is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities
* Understand and document business processes, workflow, and user stories;
* Perform checks under both functional and non-functional scopes of testing;
* Review, develop, and align test plans, test cases, scenarios, and strategies, ensuring adherence to quality standards;
* Perform manual and automated testing using Tricentis TOSCA, including preparing test data when necessary;
* Develop and maintain automated test scripts;
* Review, support, and participate in functionality and technical testing, such as performance testing, security, interface integration, and usability testing;
* Review test reports and results of the Authority's appointed contractors for the Authority's systems;
* Collaborate and coordinate with system stakeholders and Authority's appointed contractors for testing;
* Review test processes and recommend improvements, which includes analyzing test processes and methodologies, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending process optimizations and best practices;
* Manage test activities and ensure the planned test activities are completed as scheduled.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* At least 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance/Tester or equivalent position;
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines preferred;
* Certified Software Testing Professional and/or Certified Software Quality Analyst an added advantage;
* Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to details, good interpersonal skills, such as tactfulness, good presentation, and listening skills;
* Experience in the following would be advantageous: Automated testing tools such as Tricentis TOSCA; Testing for government public services;
* Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills, able to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
