Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing critical support in financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Main support in key financial planning and analysis for food and beverage operations.
  • Key research and resolution of restaurant inquiries relating to actual, forecast, and budgeting.
  • Development of the annual operating budget with main support.
  • Preparation and analysis of monthly financial KPI reviews, and periodic forecast reports.
  • Support in analyzing business performance metrics and providing findings to management.
  • Financial analysis to support business decisions in special projects as assigned.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who possesses strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in finance/accounting/business/economics.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Prior experience at a big four public accounting firm is desirable.
  • Team player with high integrity, sense of urgency, and attention to detail.
  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in an efficient/timely manner.
  • Experience in IBM planning analytics is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Excel VBA, and PowerPoint, experience in any programming language, simulation software, and data analytics software is highly desired.
