Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Job Description:The Logistics Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods and supplies. This position requires an individual who can effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process shipping documents and monitor shipment movement and POD status
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on inbound and outbound shipments
- Handle damaged shipment claims
- Liaise with Finance for supplier invoices matters
- Collaborate with Facility Manager & Warehouse on detritus and recycling matters
- Implement new processes and portals related to shipment matters
- Ensure compliance with cross-border shipping requirements, customs regulations, and international trade compliance
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned
To be successful as a Logistics Coordinator, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate in Mandarin
- Good analysis and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Independent and proactive mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- SAP knowledge is an added advantage
