Process Engineering Opportunity

About the Role

The Process Engineer will play a key role in developing and managing processes for Silicon wafer manufacturing. This involves collaborating with global counterparts to align and qualify new processes, suppliers, and consumables.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing process technology for Silicon wafer manufacturing
  2. Managing wafer manufacturing process to achieve quality, yield, and production targets
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams on process capability improvement and yield enhancement projects
  4. Cordinating troubleshooting of process issues and yield losses
  5. Driving continuous process improvement and resolving chronic process and quality issues
  6. Developing best practices, routines, and innovative solutions for continuous improvement

Requirements

To succeed as a Process Engineer, you should have:

  • A university degree in Engineering or Science
  • Min. 3 years relevant semicon/manufacturing experience
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, data analysis, Design of Experiments (DOE), and statistical process control (SPC)
  • Proficiency in statistical software like JMP, Visual Basic, database, and queries
  • Self-motivated and able to work well in a team
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Willingness and curiosity to learn attitude
