About Our Infant Childminder Position

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing individual to join our team as an Infant Childminder. This home-based position plays a vital role in providing high-quality care for infants in our program.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Attentive Care: Deliver exceptional care to infants in a safe and supportive home environment.
  • Create a Stimulating Environment: Develop and maintain a stimulating atmosphere that promotes physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development of each infant.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations: Maintain a clean and safe home environment by adhering to proper hygiene practices and safe sleep guidelines.
  • Engage Infants in Activities: Design and implement engaging activities that encourage sensory exploration, language development, and motor skills.
  • Maintain Open Communication: Regularly update parents on their child's daily activities, feeding, and sleeping routines.
  • Respond to Infant Needs: Promptly respond to the needs of each infant, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Medically Fit: Possess the medical fitness to care for 1 to 3 infants/children aged 2 months to 18 months.
  • Caring Experience: Preferably have experience in caring for children.
  • Safe Environment: Maintain a child-safe environment with features like window grilles or window limiters.
  • Basic Qualifications: Possess at least a basic qualification in childcare or related field.
