Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our team in Tanah Merah, Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to design teams, managing submissions to clients related to 3D models and drawings.

This is a site-based role that requires strong coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in BIM software such as Bentley, Autodesk, and similar tools.

  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a BIM Coordinator, with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in managing contractors within one project is essential, along with relevant experience in large multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects using 3D models.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Project BIM Manager and Construction Manager to ensure smooth project execution and delivery of high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Prior experience as a BIM Coordinator.
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Bentley, Autodesk, and similar tools.
  • Experience in managing contractors within one project.
  • Relevant experience in large multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects using 3D models.
