Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough patient assessments to identify areas of concern and develop effective care plans
- Coordinate patient care activities, including administering medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians
- Demonstrate expertise in clinical nursing skills and knowledge, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
- Educate patients and their families on health-related topics, promoting self-care and independence
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and quality of care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to address patient concerns and needs

Requirements
- Diploma in Nursing, SNB registered
- Relevant experience in acute care settings
Estimated Salary: SGD 4,500 - SGD 6,000 per month
