Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet guests with a cheerful and helpful manner, preparing their orders and providing an excellent customer experience.
  2. Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items, suggestive selling, and explain them to guests accurately.
  3. Use the Point of Sale system/cash register to record orders and compute bills, collect payment from guests, and make change.
  4. Perform Cash-In Procedure, accounting for all forms of money, bread, etc., during shifts.
  5. Prepare food neatly, accurately according to formula, and in a timely manner, following proper food handling safety and storage procedures.

The successful candidate will also be required to:

  1. Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during food preparation, service, and clean-up.
  2. Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image.
  3. Adhere to quality standards, formulas, and procedures outlined in our Operations Manual.
  4. Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in our Operations Manual.
  5. Perform light paperwork duties as assigned.
  6. Account for all forms of money, equipment, stocks during shifts.
  7. Assist with receiving stock delivery, arranging, and entering POS systems, including sending/calling feedback to suppliers.
  8. Complete University courses as directed.
Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent education is required. No previous experience is necessary, but the ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions is essential.

The position requires bending, standing, and walking for extended periods and the ability to lift 5 kilograms frequently and up to 20 kilograms occasionally.
