Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the implementation of solutions, own technical and business design, conduct design reviews and data quality assurance. The ideal candidate will manage and communicate with external client teams during the sales process and post-sales delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution implementation projects;
  • Own technical and business design of the end-to-end solution during implementation;
  • Conduct design reviews and data quality assurance;
  • Manage and communicate with external client teams during the sales process and post-sales delivers;
  • Audit existing client's implementation and recommend enhancement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in IT or customer support organizations, 3 years' experience working as a technical consultant or business analyst in the delivery and implementation of ServiceNow with a focus on Technology Workflows (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM). Relevant ServiceNow certifications with a minimum of 1 CIS certification are also required.
