Job Description

In your new role, you will be responsible for the manufacturing automation system and equipment's stability and performance improvement. Your key objectives include:

  1. Perform root-cause analyses and drive equipment improvement to achieve target utilization and uptime.
  2. Conduct data analysis and develop data-driven solutions to resolve daily challenges and improve operation performance.
  3. Manage the system and equipment's preventive maintenance program.
  4. Support cross-functional projects through proof-of-concept to production roll-out to enable advanced automation into operation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical/mechatronic/electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in robotics/manufacturing automation systems/equipment.
  • Hands-on experience in robotic and automation systems is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge in programming, preferably Python, to analyze data will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in data visualization tools, e.g., Tableau, is preferred.
  • Experience in cross-functional projects collaboration will be an advantage.
  • A self-driven individual with strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently yet a strong team player in a global setup.
