Clinic Assistant Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Clinic Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support at the front counter, including patient registration and scheduling appointments.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist doctors during consultations and provide general assistance as required.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained, including patient information and appointment schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or certificate in a relevant field (e.g., medical administration, business administration).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with clinic software an asset.
