Job Title

As a Legal Counsel, you will serve as a lead lawyer for technology and commercial contracting matters. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and commercial cases.

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of post-qualification experience in technology transactions and commercial contracting. Background in top-tier private practice and/or multinational corporate legal teams is also desirable.

  • Negotiate large-scale technology procurement and service agreements.
  • Advise on legal and regulatory aspects of outsourcing arrangements and technology procurement in multiple Asia-Pacific markets.
  • Collaborate with compliance, risk, privacy, procurement, and intellectual property teams to support business objectives.
Responsibilities

Serve as a lead lawyer: You will be responsible for leading legal teams on technology and commercial contracting matters.

Draft, review, and finalize agreements: You will need to draft, review, and finalize high-value agreements covering software, platforms, cloud services, infrastructure, telecoms, and professional services.

Manage supplier-side and client-facing contractual negotiations: You will manage supplier-side and client-facing contractual negotiations to ensure smooth execution of agreements.
