Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project schedules, plans, and budgets to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Coordinate daily site activities with the Site Supervisor, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues, ensuring the quality of work meets our high standards.
  • Prepare and submit progress claims, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain records of equipment, ensuring timely scheduled maintenance and minimizing downtime.
  • Prepare and submit project submissions, including RFI, MS, RA, SWP, drawings, and other supporting documents.
  • Attend to client reports, organizing manpower and machinery to address reported defects outside of office hours.
  • Organize emergency defect resolution on Sundays and Public Holidays, updating the status of resolution in client WhatsApp chat groups.
  • Prepare and send rectification reports post-completion of reported defects.
  • Perform other project-related administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of work experience in infrastructural or marine construction industry.
  • Relevant project experiences in marine construction preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and AutoCAD preferred.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and BCA regulations.
  • Willingness to work on Sundays or Public Holidays as per project requirement.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
