The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on technical expertise and leadership skills. They will be able to coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

The Powder Processing Engineer Lead will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing project requirements and specifications, providing technical expertise and support in the selection and procurement of machinery and equipment, and preparing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee machinery projects for powder processing
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Review and analyze project requirements and specifications
  • Provide technical expertise and support in the selection and procurement of machinery and equipment
  • Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for installation and commissioning of machinery
  • Manage project documentation and prepare project reports

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in machinery and powder processing
  • Strong knowledge of machinery and equipment used in powder processing
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
