Job Description
  • Process loan and guarantee transactions by verifying financial data and documents.
  • Post transactions into the bank's system, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Prepare payment orders (SWIFT) for disbursements, adhering to regulatory guidelines.
  • Handle loan and guarantee applications, providing clear explanations to applicants.
  • Monitor loan and guarantee maturity, commitment fee payments, and other related tasks.
  • Perform administrative duties related to loan and guarantee processing, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or equivalent field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Diligence, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of SWIFT payment systems preferred.
  • Experience reading and understanding loan agreements is advantageous.
  • Programming skills in VBA, RPA, MS Access, or Python are a plus.
