Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Insurance Specialist. As part of our expanding Global Programmes team, you will be responsible for delivering bespoke insurance solutions to multinational clients.

  • Lead the design and execution of global insurance programmes for multinational clients, ensuring alignment with local regulatory requirements and client risk profiles.
  • Coordinate with international offices and partner brokers to deliver seamless cross-border solutions.
  • Manage tender processes, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms with insurers.
  • Provide strategic advisory services to help clients enhance the structure and efficiency of their global insurance programmes.

Your role requires a strategic thinker with deep market knowledge, strong client engagement skills, and the ability to coordinate complex cross-border placements. You will be empowered to make a difference, supported by a collaborative team and a global network.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree holder, with insurance qualifications to practice as an insurance broker in Singapore (i.e. CMFAS certifications).
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in insurance broking, with a focus on multinational or global programmes.
  • Proven track record in managing complex client portfolios and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Strong understanding of international insurance markets and regulatory environments.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
