Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  2. 10+ years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role.
  3. Strong hands-on experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
  4. Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server).
  5. Solid understanding of data management principles, data governance, and data quality best practices.
  6. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Desirable Skills

  1. Experience with data governance frameworks and tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Azure Purview).
  2. Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  3. Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and compliance requirements.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficient in at least two programming languages: Python, Java/Scala, R, Rest APIs, T-SQL.
  • Experience integrating ERP systems (such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.) with BI tools and platforms.
  • Experience in the real estate and finance industries is strongly preferred.
