Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers accurately, and maintaining the visual appeal of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with pawning or retail sales transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, handling financial transactions with precision.
  • Maintain the visual appeal of our store by organizing and presenting jewelry display shelves in an attractive manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support during busy periods.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail when handling cash transactions.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 lbs).
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
