Established in 1960, Far East Organization has grown to become one of Asia's largest real estate groups, with over 780 developments across various segments. Our three listed entities, Far East Orchard Limited, Far East Hospitality Trust, and Yeo Hiap Seng Limited, demonstrate our commitment to innovation and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal support and advice for financings, private equity, and venture capital investments in Singapore and overseas.
  • Assist business units in mitigating legal risk, managing early stage disputes, and developing proposals for resolution.
  • Provide legal support and advice for operational matters, such as drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, and providing legal advice for tenancy, customer, and employment issues.
  • Draft contract templates and plan legal training for business units.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in law with at least 5 years' PQE in private practice or as an in-house counsel.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to provide pragmatic and strategic legal advice.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
