This role will be part of the ATM Operations and Service Continuum team within Client Servicing Organization.

The key objectives of this team are to achieve better alignment, operational efficiencies, and enhance both client and employee experiences via strategic planning, innovation, and excellence.

This aligns with our Asia South Wealth business focus of unifying wealth and getting fit as a business.

Our goal is to ensure end-to-end planning and operationalization of ATM and Branch distribution strategy.

This role will spearhead and lead new service initiatives in collaboration with other functions across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve client satisfaction and employee engagement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and operational efficiency
  • Leading the development and execution of new service initiatives
